Down Home Fab season 2 features Moe's Home Collection

Season 2 of the HGTV renovation show “Down Home Fab” debuts Thursday, March 21 at 8 p.m. on HGTV.

The show features Chelsea and Cole DeBour putting their remodeling and design skills to work on area homes, again putting the spotlight on Sioux Falls and Moe’s Home Collection.

The second season features eight episodes where the DeBours remodel five homes in Sioux Falls and three homes in Tea. Moe’s Home Collection is featured in seven of the eight episodes. The HGTV show will continue to air on Thursdays is also available to stream the same day and time on Max.

“They came to us again after the success of the first seasonk,” said Tamara Dettler, owner of Moe’s Home Collection. “They chose Moe’s Home because it’s such a great fit for their style.”

Dettler and the team at Moe’s haven’t seen the episodes yet — just snippet pictures. They’ll be watching live with all the other DeBour fans. After episodes air, Moe’s will be able to share more details about the featured products.

“Chelsea and Cole are great people,” Dettler said. “If you like what you see on ‘Down Home Fab’, you can find it at Moe’s Home at Lake Lorraine.”

Several customers came in to Moe’s after the first season, Dettler said. Moe’s Home sells modern furniture, lifestyle products and home decor. Earlier this year Moe’s introduced new prices and new products. Due to re-adjusted manufacturing costs, there was a store-wide price decrease.

Chelsea, who grew up in Vermillion, first appeared on reality television with MTV’s “16 & Pregnant.” Both Cole and Chelsea later appeared on “Teen Mom.” In its first season, “Down Home Fab” attracted more than 6 million total viewers and is HGTV’s highest-rated freshman series since May 2022.
