Argus: Gourmet cupcakes planned as part of Lake Lorraine experience

"I just look forward to bringing something sweet to Sioux Falls and spending more time with our family," said Shawn Norhagen, store owner of Smallcakes. The store will be between Topper's Pizza and Moe's Home Collection in the Lake Lorraine development. He expects good customer traffic for a store whose Olathe, Kan., founder has been featured three times on Cupcake Wars.
